Things to do

Old Melbourne Gaol
This is one of Australia most famous gaols- established way back in 1841 it is the site where Ned Kelly was hung and attracts plenty of tourist attention. There are no inmates kept here anymore- instead you will find exhibits of death masks and other historical pieces from the time. Perfect for those interested in the history of the area.

Federation Square
This is an intense new city block that boasts the most modern architecture known to Melbourne, The exterior alone is bound to impress but its what inside that really counts as these geometric designs facilitate Melbournes most social and cultural activities. Royal Botanic Gardens
These are considered to be among the best gardens in Australia nevermind Melbourne. It’s the perfect spot to laze away the sunny days if you’re tired of the beach. Phillip Island
